Beautiful pink/salmon color. Blend of Grenache (60%), Cinsault (28%), Syrah (8%) and Mourvèdre (4%). Aromas and flavors of under ripe peach, apricot, strawberries and citrus. Touch of sweet spice. Medium bodied (just a bit of heft). Fruit forward with a touch of RS. Creamy texture. Fresh. Nice compliment to spicy food.
