Amber colored. Smells like mead and tastes like black tea and honeysuckle. So enjoyable to drink.

So, it’s definitely better as it warms up a little. Not a super ‘funky’ natural wine. It’s oddly tannic, but also fairly acidic, being an ‘orange’ Wine. Blindfolded it *almost* tastes like a light chilled red, like Lambrusco maybe? Or Sangiovese? A bit of a conundrum....worked pretty well with the home made Alfredo sauce, not so much with the arugula salad.
