Celebrating Australia Day. You would expect a good producer of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to make a good NV and they have. 74% Chardonnay and 26% Pinot Noir. Aged on lees for 36 months. Good fruit flavours and complexity. Not overly acidic. Thanks to Oakridge for the complimentary bottle. 17-
