Little bit spritzy. Pencil lead, black olive, very juicy mid-palate, clean finish. Ripeness without the jam.

American red is needed for favorite pastimes (grilling and baseball). Excellent structure and balance, and really opened up 30 minutes after decanting.

Really great, but not as good as previous bottle. Still great tobacco and dark fruit.

Fantastic. Fruity without being jammy. Juicy, tart cherries, dark chocolate, pencil lead. Enough tannin to give it structure and weight but not so much that it needs a big steak (but it was great with a grilled strip). If you find Cali Cabs to be too big but want something that still has some grip, you should definitely look for this. Really, really good. Thanks @Craig Lewis @Ned Gray Creed #StelvioSelections

This is fantastic cab, especially for the price. Lovely earth tones, with good fruit and balance. I feel this is clicking on so many levels. Best under 30 cab I've had in ages. Love the new label Ernst storm and look forward to trying the Chenin blanc.
