Single hop series, this time with Galaxy bred by those fun-loving Aussies in 1994. I get dank hashish, lemonade, tropical fruit, and freshly mowed lawn. Lightish body and a dry finish, though alcohol contributes a lengthy subtle sweetness. Excellent balance and a pleasure to drink. Galaxy and Nelson are my favorite hops right now; and Noble does them justice; would be educational to taste them side by side.
