Black cherry, yellow raspberry, cough drop on the palate with damp forest floor and black pepper tinged watermelon on the nose. A spectacular QPR for Burgundian Pinot even though it's not even at the village level!

nice pure pinot fruit. not much tannin or complexity, but quite lovely.

Really like their 2005 Volnay so, looking for a more modest burg, gave this a try as. Very nice. Want some more. Compares favorably to many pricey domestic pinots.
