This bottle landed in my cellar by fortune and glad to find out it is quite drinkable. It’s Pinot Noir by default but all my senses perceive is mostly a sweet, fruit forward libation (acidic notes are preset, but too abstract). To drinkable wine and noting that tasting it allows us to appreciate the good and the exceptional all that much more.
