A sparkling that’s a Christmas morning tradition. Green apple jolly rancher aroma with a hint of citrus blossom. Upfront that’s a mild key lime note. Mid palate has a tart clementine sweetness. Finishing with a mouth watering tartness. Body has a really soft bubbly texture. Very enjoyable, delicate but juicy and tart. Definitely a favorite.

Kefir lime like aroma. Bright and light with a honeydew impression. Lime comes back on the finish and reminds me of a limeade. Always a treat!
