I love the aroma on this sparkling. I get some fresh butter and lemon on it. Up front on the first sip, it reminds me of mandarin orange. The body has a nice tart juiciness and the bubbles are more foamy so it’s an interesting juxtaposition. After I sit with it, I get a hint of candied ginger. Mom always has the best sparkling.
