I found another 2008 Mouton Noir gem. I might need to go back and get the other three.

Very good with Easter lamb. Cab/cab franc and has a lot of Bordeaux taste in it. Big dark berry flavors - blackberry? Something slightly herbal(?) that I also get from Bordeaux, but I don't know what it is. Probably good for another 3-5 years or so because the tannins are still prevalent. I would not drink this young; it's an '08 and it could still smooth out a bit. Jarboe close out.
