Primarily Zinfandel with a bit of Petite Sirah (10%) blended in. Intense dark ruby/purple color. The aromas and flavors of black cherry/raspberry, blueberry, rose petals, black licorice, fresh herbs and pepper spice are equally as intense. Noticeable vanilla and pleasant earthiness on the long and lingering finish. Rich, complex, juicy and powerful (16% Alcohol) but nicely balanced. Quite memorable.

Wow, great zin! Smooth but strong. Subtle flavors. Went great with Thanksgiving dinner.

Initial alcohol hit but opens very nicely, leathery and full body. 2016 does not disappoint.
