Coteaux Nobles Fort Ross - Seaview Pinot Noir

Visually, this is showing signs of age, but on the palate, it presents well. Surprisingly, notes of dark chocolate on the nose, combined with pomegranate on the palate. Soft tannins and acidity indicate that this should be consumed now. Which for this producer, is a surprise.
This pinot goes well with out cheating salad dinner 😄

First time trying this. Big note of molasses on the nose. Excellent oak treatment, gives way to a soft, round mouthfeel. Finishes with ripe black cherries, dusty tannins, and negligible acidity. Drink now.

Ripe red berries with hints of cooking spice. Smooth tannins but this wine still has good weight on the palate.

In a good drinking window with soft tannins and the red fruit and spice melding together well. Easy to pair with food.

Bought at Lower Falls Winery. Drank at home. Excellent Pinot.

Heavy and extracted....not my favorite style of Pinot
