Very new SB, crisp and fresh. A delight with Mexican seafood oceanfront.

Green grass on the nose with a Grannysmith Apple finish, nice clean acidity. Great to have on an 86 degree day in the Yucatán!

Room amenity from 2019 Los Cabos stay. I remember from that stay thinking there is definitely something cool going on in Mexico as far as wine goes. Opened this 2018 in 10/20 over a week ago pre cptva and forgot to make note. Recall it on the more basic side of the varietal and not as dramatic aromatically. Didnt oxidize and was still drinkable after returning home but drank fairly 1 dimensional. Maybe better to hv not given it the year we did???
