Never had a 10 year old wine with mostly Alicante Bouchet but i have to be on the lookout for more. Wonderful wine with lots of fruit left but also with a distinct oak characteristic that can only be achieved by long and proper cellaring. Enough acidity and balance to be a perfect pair with grilled steak and chocolate mousse.
