Tastes exactly how an old-school Chianti producers cabernet would taste. So feminine, lifted perfume and acidity, delicate tannins for the varietal, finessed and elegant. More bright red currant and red plum, dried rose petal, dried herbs, dusty earth, tobacco. Day 2: much more black fruit, spices are a touch more sweet, still so floral and rustic. Still great.
