Very acidic, dry, citrus, maybe orange peel, felt mostly on the center of my tongue, lighter body, taste very young, very light color

Impressive - effusive evolving nose very complex for NZ SB: big time grassy w/hint of savory herbs, but quickly pivots to green-filtered fruit: pineapple, guava, and lime - tart zesty vibrant citrusy w/out being nervy. They got something really good going on here

Feb 4th, 2020Truly fabulous example of New Zealand Sauv Blanc. Light, very fresh, delicate color. Very floral on the nose, just a touch musky. Nice fruit flavor, favoring melon. Low acidity. Finished the entire bottle a little too quickly.
