Beautiful aroma with dill, and lemon. Palate gives way to ripe apple and pear with just a hint of green chile.

NOTE: This is the Vitae Springs Gruner, not the Johan, but Delectable isn't as responsive lately. That said, this is exceptional. Lighter bodied than the Johan, but still with a snappy whiskey like quality on the end.
