Most higher dosage Champagne is made as an after thought, but Michel Loriot crafted this as an historic style to celebrate the 100th anniversary of his house. It is composed of cool climate parcels- 70% Meunier and 30% Chardonnay and dosed at 20g/l. On deck for today's Champagne tasting at K&L.

Marie Leopold Les Mutines Sec. Beautiful- formal, tiny hint of sweetness with citrus, apricot & mineral. Incredible acidity for 20g/l dosage!
