Exceptionally clean and surprisingly bright given its slight oxidative style. Languid mouth feel composed of asian pear, apricot seed and chamomile. Subtle wafts of lemon peel and honeydew linger over a riverbed of minerality. Chardonnay from the Jura is THE BEES KNEEEEEEEEES!!
