For a restaurant cab I can drink this is not bad. This is Michael Dante's 2014 Dante cabernet sauvignon. The color is light for a cab. The bouquet is spicy!!! Is that possible? The bouquet has a fresh lavender and grape jelly appeal. The initial palate is raspberry and oak. The finish comes quick and leaves me with a light simple pepper and tobacco finish. It is not too dry nor sweet at all. A very light wine which will pair well with chicken and pasta! OMG that is just what I ordered. CHEERS!!!!!
