Peach and apricot cobbler on the nose with fig, apricot and peach on the palate and with citrus in the finish. A little more acid in the finish and this would have been perfect. One of the best chards I've had in a while.

Color of glowing yellow, with tiny bubbles dancing around. Nose of nutty note, oaky and buttery, mineral, peachy, pineapple, and salty note. Fragrance of the nose is really nice and saturated. Taste of concentrated sweetness like caramel, pineapple, round and buttery, with a touch of zest, and spice. Acidity is subtle and hidden. Aftertaste of peppery spice, lime zest, saline mineral, and a slight touch of sweetness. Nicely done.
