Santa Rosalia Barbera d'Alba Barbera
Alba, Cuneo, Piedmont, ItalyNot as robust as I thought it would be, but it was delicious. Tastes and scent of cherry really comes through. Bright red fruits like cherry, and young plum.

Beefier and more complex than your average Banbera. Not much in complexity, but well made. Decent tannins and depth.

Light body, smooth finish. Starts with heavy fruit - cherry, current, and a bit of citrus. Finish is earthy with notes of tobacco pepper and anise.
