Another excellent skin contact ribolla. These go well with a range of cuisine. I decanted for a bit. Some light tannin & some of the phenolic character. Dark golden color.

Sep 26th, 2021Always a favorite! Dark gold color with orangish tints. Wonderful balance between the citrus aromas and flavors and oak. The age was nice on this wine. Very complex.

Aug 7th, 2021Starting to fade. Give some time to open up and definitely serve warmer than you would think. Orange gold color. Oranges and pineapple on the nose and throughout the palate. Lacking some depth and acidity versus previous bottles. Still a fav of mine!

Jun 6th, 2021Extremely complex! Cloudy gold color with orange hues. Great balance between tart and sweet flavors. Wine has all sorts of fruit - oranges, grapefruit, honey, coconut, tangerine, melon, and even some guava. Love it! One of my favs. Paired lovely with 4hr slow smoked ribs.

Paired with pork udon and noodles. Cloudy gold color with orange highlights. Lemon, lime, and oranges on the nose. Wine has a nice mix of oak and citrus fruit. Perfect balance of wood and tartness. Loved it!
