I love this vintage 2001. The old vines. Fran Kysela was the only importer in the early years. And Fran only brought in like 20 cases. Yves first vintage was 87.

Textbook Cote Rotie

Smoked meat, black olive and pepper

Black fruits, smoked meats, black pepper and olive with tart fruits on the mouth, lighter in body and weight than I would expect but still a nice Cote Rotie. Bottle was quickly drained
