Nose: clean, intensity moderate+, age 1-3 years, fruits - green apple, lemony-lime, green pear, grapefruit fruit quality - ripe non-fruit aromas - grassy, organic earth - slight/none, inorganic earth - mineral, oak - slight/none. Palate (structure) sweetness - dry, acidity medium/medium+, tannin none, alcohol - moderate, body - moderate, finish - moderate, complexity - moderate. Palate (taste) dominant fruit flavors - grapefruit, lemon-lime, green apple, green pear. Fruit quality - ripe, non-fruit grassy. Organic earth - slight/none, inorganic earth mineral. No oak. Initial conclusions: this wine comes from a cool to moderate climate, new world, single grape variety, age 1-3 years. Final conclusions: this is a Sauvignon blanc, from the US, in Napa Valley, quality is very good and the vintage is 2015.
