Lemon curd, cold steel, ginger snap cookies, white peach, faint hints of roses and cotton candy in the bouquet. Delicately polished mouthfeel, nicely balanced acidity and dryness/sweetness, with fresh stone fruit, green apples, citrus, river stones, hints of dry toast and lemon pith on the finish. Really nice. Should go well with shellfish dishes
