Pomelo Sauvignon Blanc

Nose: citrus, orange, apples, honey. Flavor: tangerine, lemon. Low acidity, medium finish, medium body. Paired well with hummus

The name says it all- light straw color, a hint of grapefruit and pear on the nose. The flavored reminds me of an under-ripe grapefruit minus the bitterness. Subtle citrus and very crisp and delicious.

When life gives you lemons, you watch the Bachelor and drink this.

Fruity but not tart

Strong citrus taste. A bit bitter since I drank it warm but I'd recommend this wine on a nice summer night.

To try - delicate

Deliciously crisp, otherwise flat with a slight spine tingle and carries the strong finish of my plastic invisalign. A good wine for forgetting a mother's concern for her daughter's eternal soul.
