Oct 9th, 2014You need food and at least 10 minutes after the cork is pulled. Trust me. Something baked or fried with some serious crisp. For some reason the buttery ash thing this has going on needs it otherwise it tastes terrible...no hate really...but you must do it right. If you don't like this wine it's your own fault for not trying! 😋
