Raspberry, black cherry, mineral, pepper, medium acidity. Very nice balance. Brighter than other Priorats I've had, but still big and bold at 14% ABV. 70% Garnacha, 20% CariƱena, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. With tri-color tortellini. Monday pasta nite š¤
