Blend of 96% Tempranillo and 4% Graciano, Deep Ruby with dark edges, aromas of berry fruit, complex spice, oak with earthy notes. On the palate flavors of ripe Cherry and blackberry fruits with cacao, leather and pepper spice. Fine approachable tannins, good balance and length ending with fruit, oak and spice. Very Nice. Consistent quality.

Nose: licorice, cork, chocolate, blackberry, a bit of “purple”, subtle herbs, warm forest floor (pine needles). Smooth, deep. This smells very good and makes me happy already. Taste: smooth, dark chocolate, coffee, medium bodied+, a little earthy, bay leaf, blackberry. Very good indeed. 93. GREAT deal for the $15 I paid on sale! Should buy again - will try another couple bottles to see if they hold up, and if they do, will buy a case.

Gentle tannins, low acidity and flavors of ripe strawberry fruit, herbs, leather, licorice and tobacco.::: Classic Tempranillo with character and personality… Decanting it is a MUST… the finishing it is smooth but a Bit brief. It does lack punch, complexity and presence but the value it is just amazing ( Xtra points for that )… NOTE : Marques de Riscal Rioja Reserva and a premium aged cigar ! … You are welcome !
