Mild cherry, hint of vanilla, and subtle earth on the nose. Flavors are sort of muted. Very short profile. Low tannins. The nose compliments the tongue note for note. Well balanced and not very fruit forward. Enjoyable.

The baroness and I had so much of this juice we even danced together for the first time since our wedding day... It's a bush of berries with a complex flavour plate which frolicked across the taste dance floor like a ballerina... Have it with roast beef...
