Another great last minute gathering at the storage facility!
Dan is the king of busting out these old Marcassins, and every single one has been a revelation...until this one 😕. Don’t get me wrong, this was nowhere close to terrible, but it smelled and tasted of bubblegum. Very faint nuttiness notes to it.

One of the other "finds" in my wine storage on Denver.
2004 - no idea where I got this jewel. 14.8 ABV.
Stunning mineral up front, vanilla in back, a hint of grapefruit.
More, but that is enough!
