Been waiting a long time to try one of these. And it delivered on all counts. Tasted like really good Barolo but with a hint of almost sweetness. Kind of like if an Amarone and a Barolo had a baby.

Beautiful nose for #pizzaandnebbiolosundays which is a tradition that needs to be replicated in Atlanta. As it hung out the spruce and juniper came out. A pretty juxtaposition to 2005 Barolo

This was a wonderful wine. It has the structure of a Nebbiolo but not the big tannins of a Barolo. It was a great wine with all of our dishes - carbonara, cacio e pepe and pork sugo.
