Really enjoyed this wine. Dark ruby red color, opaque, no sediment. black cherry and vanilla on the nose. Smells like a beefy wine, and it in fact is! Full bodied with an equally balanced acidic and tannic bite. Leather, blackberry, and tart cherry. Had with Zatar pasta and hummus. The spiciness of the wine was highlighted by the food. Would love to have this one again.
