Slight reduction. Lemon curd, Granny Smith apple, grilled pineapple and ripe mango flavors. Subdued mineral presence, hints of toast and caramel. Not the raciest representation of Saint Aubin, but certainly a killer value. Lovely, balanced and bright- and only gets better after a day or even two.
