Hints of purple flowers, dark spices, with dried cherries and a slight nutty on the nose. The palate is elegant with a smooth texture. The fruits from the nose come through on the palate. Acidity is a medium plus. Great food wine. The finish has red fruits, red licorice and a little hint of the nutty flavored I picked up on the aromas.
