For a “vin naturel” this wine had a ton of structure and I think this bottle was opened way too young. The core is there but it felt tightly wound up. Want another bottle to forget about for a couple of years.

Extremely floral, some black rubber reduction that blew off right away. Dynamic wine. Cherries, strawberries. A bit thin, though I could see this putting on weight with time in the bottle.
