We had this wine on our date night at Monteverde celebrating restaurant week. Opens up with scents of prunes and forest floor. The flavors are pleasant and structured. Wine does not change over time in the decanter and kind of disappoints. I was skeptical about this wine based on the price and let this muddle my thoughts. Overall not bad for the price
