100% old-vine Marsanne from the Le Méal lieu dit which is predominately south facing. A wine of beauty and balance with notes of yellow flowers, wet stone and honey suckle. Surprisingly fresh for a 2007. Super delicious with monkfish, sweet potato, leek, and winter truffle. Drink now through 2037.

Regardless of the erosion in the vineyards we are celebrating the near 3 inches of rain in Paso Robles and the central coast! Can't celebrate without an awesome Marsanne! Great stones, honeyed citrus.

Leaps and bounds better than the last bottle from the case but still in a sleepy spot.

Served blind. From magnum. 100pt nose... Unbelievable freshness and complexity...
So young, so much promise, yet so f*ing tasty. Flabbergasted. Again.

Magnum. A nose to die for...very focussed, nice acidity, ripe white and yellow fruits. Herbal touch, fire work plant aromas. The wine enters broad and impresses. Than, the wine slows down, feels so natural. Very complete. Very fresh.
