Sep 29th, 2021Ooh. This is special. A meatiness, bacon fat, gorgeous sweet revolved fruit in the nose. A glorious palate if slightly soured fruit. This has amazing complexity and a gorgeous supplenesss. Cherry, plum and leather. Great stuff.

Aug 9th, 2020Beautiful. Sour cherry, damson, soft resolved oak. Some tangy green notes with a lovely haunting depth of fruit. Bacon and black cherry. Not too ripe, rich or anything but very, very balanced. Great stuff. Long and vivid and memorable.
