Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

From David Phinney of “Prisoner” fame, deep Ruby color with aromas of black fruits, cedar and earthy baking spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with cola, floral, cinnamon and earthy herb spice notes, aged for 9 months in 60% new oak. Full-bodied, fine grainy tannins, long finish ending with fruit, toasty oak, herbs and a savory earthy character. Good now!

Great nose.some cherry, but also way more subtle. An alternative to Burgundy.
