To quote the wine rep discussing this wine "those in Montlouis sur Loire will tell you they make the best Sauvignon Blanc. So will those in Sancerre." I love Sancerre, so after giving it a try...this was gorgeous. The nose was full mineral and lemon. The palate was so dry and crisp with hints of lemon that all I wanted were oysters and shellfish.
