Tradition Alsace Pinot Blanc

Flowery and mineral.

Nice Alsace. Floral and light citrus notes, with a nice minerality cut by crisp acidity. High day drinkability, big QPR.

Young, sweet and light.

Works well for both cheese and dessert

Nice and oily texture like some orange oil. Yellow flower, Poached pear, and some lime on the nose and a little mineral present on the mid palate. The finish is medium and refreshing.
