Champagne Louis Roederer, founded in 1776 in Reims, France, rare family owned company, still managed by the Roederer family. In 1833, Louis Roederer inherited the company from his uncle and renamed the company under his namesake. Had a bottle at a tasting. Fresh fruit aromas, nice mousse with rapid bubbles, citrus and apple flavors, crisp and refreshing, lingering ending with lemon and mineral notes.
