This is my first Burgundy (so that skews the rating) but it's omg delicious. Nose is all candied cherries and spice. Tastes goes from fruit, to pepper, to a soft gamey flavor. Delicate and watery on finish. Hubby who likes intense, dark wine and beer says, " I like it because it has flavors."

Half the bottle was for a recipe, so I didn't get anything fancy. Earthy and tart - although without much depth - this is a delicate and approachable Burgundy.
