Poet's Leap Columbia Valley Riesling

Yum! Stony and verve-vacious

Now that I think about it it as been awhile since I have had a Riesling. Good golden yellow in color. The nose is very vibrant with peach, golden apple, hints of apricot and citrus. Good acidity but not tongue ripping. I am getting pear, peach, and honey notes. Good minerality with a long fresh finish.

On the sweet side not my thing. Limited complexity. A good try.

Floral on the nose, lemon citrus finish. Nice daily driver!

Decent WA Riesling. Floral nose opened up nicely... Nice for the price.

Dusty minerality, bracing acidity, dry and lemony. Fantastic mouthfeel and length. 35 bucks

Nice wine, not too sweet.

Not a bad wine, but no varietal character. Pretty expensive ($18) for the taste of wine, particularly a riesling.

A great bottle of Riesling for this afternoons dinner party. Went great with the Grilled Chicken, Baked Brie, and Fig Jam. Thanks Ana, Austin, Sophia, and Sara for coming over :) #yegwine
