An incredibly unique style of rosé from a winemaker formally at Sine Qua Non, darkly colored and complex, a candied nose but much more savory on the palate. Black olive, gentle hints of cured meats, dark berries.

Delightful strawberry and herbal notes, but structured and serious. Very enjoyable.

Interesting Rose. Viscous palate, rich, flavors of fig, dried berries, spice. A perfect winter rose.

What a stunner. Still holding up for a rose. Although I think the rosé name is more of a technicality. This is darker than most roses. Amazing nose. Strawberry, chamomile, green apple. The palate is rich and full bodied. Drinks more like a big Chardonnay than a light and crisp pink rose. It's my last bottle, but I think this would have gone even longer.

I am not usually a rose guy but this has just enough body and I oh to be really enjoyable. Well done.

Celebrating our two year anniversary with my wife with the 2012 Lillian rose. Lovely wine. Rich and complex. Buttery with some green apple notes for acidity. I love this wine.
