The previous ratings here are complete horse shit. This wine is ahh-mazing. The nose alone has you intoxicated. I don't think I've ever experienced a floral funk perfume before, or not too often. But the nose on this wine is floral, funky and herb rich. The entry of this wine is a dense, full bodied wine that is loaded with fruit up front. Silky mouthfeel, not expected. Robust sweet purple and tart black cherry fruits. The middle and finish are dense, still quite vibrant. Herbal and earthy natures of the wine shows best here. I am hands down completely blown away by this wine. Doug Lewis, you kicked ass and took names with this one!
