We are not white drinkers, but this is a well-balanced Chardonnay with a lovely finish...paired well with garlic and thyme chicken and roasted red peppers...thanks Sam Baron!

This one from CA volcanic soil so mineral as all get out. Snappy and sassy and also elegant fruit. Great fish wine.
