intense nose, apricot, tropical fruit, quince. medium bodied. savory start, acid sneaks up at the end, definitely lingers on the center of the tongue. surprising amount of salinity. not sure how i feel about. upon revisiting: definitely needs to be finished the day of. also, i think i just can’t make myself care about chardonnay. :/
